Media firm to employ 500 youths in 2016

Worried by the high rate of unemployment in the country, a media firm, Abeysteph Group, has disclosed plans to recruit no fewer than 500 youths by 2016.

The MD of the firm, Mr. Abiodun Oyediran, said, “due to urgent need to expand the company’s capacity as well as compliment government’s effort in reducing unemployment in the country, we are going to employ over five hundred youths by January 2016.

“Youth unemployment continues to remain a major setback for our teeming youths in the country; we need to create the enabling environment for businesses to thrive in the country.”

Oyediran, who made this known in Abuja at the 2015 Abuja mega promo of the company, sais eight youth would be sponsored to Dubai to acquire skills on graphics.

 

During the promo, Monday Obaje, an Abuja resident, won the star prize of brand new Toyota Corolla.
