Breaking: Kogi State APC Governorship Candidate, Abubakar Audu, Dead

The governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in the Saturday Governorship election in Kogi State, Prince Abubakar Audu is dead. The ABUJA Inquirer gathered that Prince Audu had complained of stomach ache on Saturday shortly after voting in his home town, Ogbonicha in Ofu Local government Area and was advised to go home and rest. A source said he slumped and died after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declared the result of the election as inconclusive. We were, however, not able to confirm this. Some family sources say he may be buried tomorrow, Monday, according to Muslim tradition.
