Service delivery: Residents commend FCT Call Center

Some residents of Abuja have described the FCT Call Center as a responsive unit of the FCT administration given its timely responses to queries and follow-ups on such issues.
The residents also appealed to the FCTA to upgrade the Call Center to a full department for efficient service delivery.
